COD 4 teamspeak:Follow

I'm an absolute beginner for any kind of teamspeak, even if having played online games for years now.

I just wonder what program I need to be able to talk to fellow players and also how it works, what is required before we're able to talk ingame? One person begins a server and others log into it I believe?



Anyone here play it btw? It's basically my first shooter I've played online and I have to admit I really enjoy it. Tried out some mods, but after I lost all my stats without having backed them up, I'm not that eager anymore. (and have learned to always have a copy of my profile)
