canada does not have any laws against these types of online card playing. not magic the gathering, the big one. and not the 100's of online poker games.
is it just soe doesn't want to take the possible 24 hrs to make the phone calls emails and possibly fill out a doc or two making sure it's allowed
there's a lot of up here living in igloo's with our computers melting the ice. who would love to play in a tourney.
