Is this Global? Or Regional?

I believe it's Regional, but it sometimes gets glitched and I'll be in Wild Lands talking on the OOC Channel and everyone is in Con. Valley, or in Con. Valley, and everyone is in OT. It's like sometimes it forgets to reload to the new Region.

Unless it's not really regional, and people just don't talk anywhere but those places when I think it's stuck somewhere.

I believe it's global. I've been leveling in Khopshef Province and heard people asking for help with Tortage quests or quests in Old Tarantia. It might be separated by instances somehow, but I'm sure it's global.

I deactivated the OOC channel plus the New Player Help channel on every char I have. It's mostly used for juvenile BS which reminded me of the WoW global chat. Honestly, I don't want to have to read all that crap.

Yesterday I was questing in Cimmeria, and the Cimmeria chat was also completely spammed with people having some kind of nonsensical, juvenile argument - riddled with references to WoW. It was like the Barrens chat, but worse!

It made me cry inside...
