I am playing EQ2, Vanguard, and EQ1.. off and on between the 3.

I have station access.. and figured.. I have the cds. and the account.. why not EQOA?

So i just tried to get it going.. setup my network connection through an ethernet cable via router. The playstation connection test works, and when I get into the game.. it says "connected" but it stops on "connecting to update server".. and after about 30 secs.. says "error connecting to update server".

anyone know how to fix this?

Never happend to me, only time the update messed up is when my disk froze.. But I guess you could try connecting without the router [though I dont know much about those either] except that some ports are not aloud with certain DSL ISP's and in that case you have to forward them
