I'm going to respect to Spy, But i have no idea what a good spy suit is, or how much the suit is going to cost.
I have about 34mill to spend on the armor, attachments and a weapon.
If someone knows a good suit please tell me.

i would sugest going to the main boards and hit the fourms for spies. you can probley find out what is a good suit and good expertise you could use. the only thing i know your gonna need is camo attachments. but check the fourms and im sure you will learn all you need to know and if not make a post asking.
you want to stack offensive for PvP. i suggest for range precision/luck. for melee you can go prec/str or str/luck. for both prec/str will do good. Exotics some go with action reduction is very popular, and heal effenciency, I prefer crit bonuses myself- spies now have a useful action buff to regen action faster (15s/3min CD) so we really don't need that much action boosting AAs IMO.
