By the way, if you really want to use a hand controller, a viable option for MMOs (instead of a console type controller) would be the "Nostromo N52" from Belkin.
I have been using one of these for years now and can't imagine gaming without it, but it is
MUCH more complex in design then any console controller.
You work it with your left hand (leaving the right free to work the mouse) and you have access to 3 banks of 15 user programmable keys and buttons plus an 8 way directional control disk and a shift button (to change banks on the fly).
