I always spend many time to connect the server...retry and retry...
If I luckily login successfully...but still feel lagging and always d/c
Is it my problem or everyone feels that?

Sounds like your problem. I login just fine, and unless there are a bunch of players on, experience very little lag. You should probably troubleshoot your internet connection.

make sure you have all up to date drivers, any time i start running into probs, i check and seem to find a new driver is out
