Legacy Quest help needed.Follow

Hello all,

I have completed the first part of the Legacy Quest, having the last quest completed as Starting the Search. I went to Bestine, chose to become Imperial, and that's it. The Commander never gave me the next part of the quest (Tosche Station), and he actually won't even talk to me at this point. Having read the guide here on Allakhazam, I see that this quest will sometimes bug at this point, but it doesn't tell you how to fix this bug. Can anyone offer any help on how to restart this quest, or what I should do from here? I have submitted a /bug report and am awaiting the results, however long that will take. I am CL 18, so that shouldn't be why I can't accept it either, as the quest is lvl 14. I'm lost, help please?
