i just finished this myself last week. they all spawn on naboo and from lairs. i found a lot around karen and lake retreat, plus along center of map walking back and forth. if your not doing it i would sugest find friends to group with you, it makes larger spawns and they don't have to be there for this to work. another trick if you don't know it or anyone else, you can milk a lair for a lot of creatures by walking away 250m or so and come back. when you do this it resets the lair and it's like you were never there. if you are lucky you will find 2 lairs about 250m apart and just hit one then the other back and forth till you have them all. if you can't find any others i would sugest looking on main fourms and do a search just about everything you want to know is there.
