Well, when you type /fart you get the "You are not able to use this emote, yet" message, so I assume yes.

Are from KBs on others in the Ettenmoors (at least, those are creep emotes, don't know if freeps get them, too).
Check the deeds forum on forums.lotro.com, I'm pretty sure someone posted how to get them.

I tried to /shake hands the other day and found that /shake is an emote 'not yet avaible to me'.
Anyone know if it is 'shaking hands' and what might be needed to get it?
