Help with Rebel PilotFollow

when you say you have enough xp, is it because the pilot xp bar is full, its just that i've noticed in the past that even though the bar is full, it still says you need a certain amount of xp, hover the cursor over the xp bar for pilot and see if the two figures match, could be you still need more xp, the other thing it could be, is that your talking to the wrong trainer i can't remember offhand which was multirole craft, but i think its one of the tier 3 ones. unfortunately i only know 2 of the 3 neutral factioned, line of space trainers, and none of the rebel/imp ones, anyway, tier 3 is the quest levelling one, not xp, what i mean is, for tier 3 you are given missions to complete, at the end of which you are given a tier3 skill. so im guessing your talking to the tier 2 trainer still.
