Question about harvestersFollow

I'm back to playing SWG after a 4yr lay off. I'm a new artisan. After surveying for ore, I found a spot with 95% and set up my harvester. I have 200 units of wind energy in my inventory to get me started. When I try right or left clicking on the harvester to add energy or use any of the commands nothing happens or opens. I have found that if I target the harvester and then right click on the bar above that show the harvester name and distance I can examine, or open the maintence tool bar....however, I can only examine the harvester or look at the status. I can not add energy, rename, or even distroy the unit. Am I doing something wrong. I also dont see any tools to pick up the harvester to move it to a new location. I've spent the last two days trying to figure this out and its driving me nuts. In the mean time the harvester is just sitting there racking up repair costs. Any help for an old newbie would be appreciated.
