used to be that one of the crafters could make a vehicle repair kit, it uses space minerals though, which made it a pain to make... your only hope is to do a galaxy wide vendor search.. though you might have to find a crafter and ask him to make it for you, which probably means you'll have to get the materials for him first. good luck.

What you are looking for is a "Vehicle Restoration Kit" they are made by Engineers and use 750 Petrochemical Asteroid and 750 Cabonaceous Asteroid so expect to pay heavily for them.
