Okay, now that I have your attention.
Meneldor is the unofficial pvp server, it's true. That being said, one can be a completely pve player (like yours truly) and really enjoy this server.
Meneldor has a fairly low population, and part of the reason I believe is because people may think we're all pvp players. That's not the case. Plenty of us never join the pvp fun, but we like to play with our buddies who sometimes do. The PvMP community is also quite active, so if you are looking for that, you'll find it here too.
I've made characters on many of the other servers just to check out the communities. I have to say that the Meneldor community is one of the nicest, if not the nicest server populations I've found. For the most part people are helpful, friendly and fairly mature. We have our ***-hats, sure, but you'll always have lots of empty slots on your ignore list. The /OOC channels are not full of people jibing each other about pvp issues. When I played WoW I didn't pvp. There was apparently an unwritten rule that PvE players must be hassled about their non-PvP choice. That hasn't happened to me on Meneldor. I haven't heard other people complain about it either.
If you're looking for a server to join or move to, check us out. I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised.
By the way, I'm one of the officers of There Is No Fifth Star, the unofficial Alla kinship. New members of all classes are always welcome. Fair warning though, we're an "R" rated kinship so we strongly prefer 18+ members.
Hope to see you on Meneldor!
