its not easy to determine the answers to your question im afraid.. but the most likely candidates are these;

Bloodfin, Ahazi, Bria, Chimaera, Chilastra.....

its possible i have missed some though, as for the best economy part etc. thats really impossible to say. if your shopping on the bazaar you'll get ripped.. but, doing a private vendor search, you'll find a lot of overpriced gear too.. no matter what server you choose, but you'll also find a few good/reasonably priced quality crafted gear too, you just have to search for it.. there are however, no newest servers.
