Scout PvP ConfigurationFollow

I just started this game after extensive research into it so I could get over the learning curve quickly, and so far I am picking up the game at a very good pace.

What would a good scout build for PvP corp duty look like? I want to make fighting a priority, but I would also want utility to be a major part of my build. I rolled Amarr in such a way that I think I gimped myself though... I have 18 willpower, not because I wanted to, but because taking military options as Amarr during char creation shoved willpower down my throat by the truckload. I tried to take options that gave me the least amount of willpower possible as I could already see I had enough, but it just kept coming.

I would like to stay with this character, but if it is necessary to reroll I gladly will.

I want to focus in frontline scouting, probes, scanners.. the whole set. I also, as a priority, want to be able to do some damage though, preferably in light, fast ships... Any tips on a build, what I should be focusing on?

if you ask why damage is important, it is because I may plan to do solo PvP hunting, maybe for bounty...

Note; I have not spent any skill points yet, I just finished aqquiring an Excecutioner frigate.

scout i think, you will need to train up covert ops, cloaking, or possibly recon, which will give you access to stealth bombers and force recon ships, for solo pvp though, your liable to get ganked a lot, solo pvp takes a lot of skills and some pretty good equipment and strategy, for a new player to attempt it, is a little... optimistic. for pvp experience you really need to join a corp thats into pvp, and gain some experience. theres plenty of them around so you shouldnt have any trouble. as far as light fast ships go, your talking about interceptors, where they use a 'speed tank' in order to avoid damage, this involves travelling at over 10k m/s for the most part, the downside of course is that interceptors are low damage dealers, but their good at taking out other small ships, typically they are tacklers, if you plan on doing regular probing/scouting then a force recon ship is probably best bet, though you need to train up your astrometrics skills for it to be effective. probing is relatively straightforward, force recon ships are also useful in that they can warp while cloaked, which makes them useful as focal points for allies to warp to once they have discovered their prey, typically once the fleet begins warping to the recon ship, the recon decloaks and webs/warp scrambles the target. damage dealing ships tend to be battlecruisers or larger. its worth noting that speed tanking is only good if you dont get webbed... at which point their usually instapodded. for solo pvp you probably want to fly a hac, at least in low sec, in 0.0 ... its battleships... and a solo ship in 0.0 space is an easy target. most alliances work on the basis, of, if its not blue, shoot it. and they always podkill... so make sure your clones up to date.
