Transferring Credits from one Server to Another

I just moved to another server but I still have 1 character on the old server with credits. Is there anyway I can transfer my credits to the new server and my new toon?

You can move your character with credits, items in inventory and equiped items. You can't take resources, items in factory crates/factory crates, or stuff in your datapad.

If you have items that were custom made for color, the colors will change when you move servers as well.

Well, here was my plan I wanted to delete that toon on the other server too eventually, so if I could transfer the credits to this toon on my new server it would have been great. I know I can earn all the credits over but it would be nice to have them.
