Has anyone be able to make/build/live as an Omnivore?

If so, how?
My 3rd planet is nearing Tribal stage and I'd like to give the Omnivore way a try (as the other 2 planets are Herb and Meatys).

Best way to go Omnivore, is to go Herb or Carn until the first growth, then change mouths over until the second.

Hopefully you'll have gotten the Omnivore mouth by then, if not, then keep changing mouths over.
