One may think that posting a weekly thread that gets little to no response is a bit demoralizing. I play a creep - I specialize in demoralization.
What's up with them Moors?
Here has been the pattern in the moors recently - I log in around 8, there are maybe a dozen creeps up for play and about 4 dozen freeps in the Moors. There is not a solo freep, or even a duo or trio of freeps to be found. Only the huge deadly zerg.
So, by nine pm the map is blue - the stalwart creeps have suffered terribly trying to defend their keeps.
By 10 there are 40 creeps on, and hardly a freep to be found. The keeps are all flipped back to red before the night it over.
I know the Moors and the PvMP game has 'issues' but the ability to flip between freep and creep at will is, imo, the one single thing that really messes things up.
Anyways, It's caused me to spend more time pveing lately.
Friday night I did the Circle of Dispair deed with the kin.
Saturday night I tried to duo an escort quest in BG with a hunter friend. We wiped twice. There were just too many goblins to keep track off with out some real cc.
Sunday night I logged into my Weaver (she's 6 now and makes babies:D). I had a good time despite the constant imbalance of numbers. My shocker of the night was staring face to face with my very best Lotro PvE friend's Guardian. I'd not ever run into him in the Moors before and I felt funny fighting him - I turned my auto-attack off. I got over that quickly though when he kept going out of his way to find, and attack me (he paid dearly for it;).
How was your weekend?
