If I delete a character on one server, do my character on another server get the awards erned by the my first character.
I mean the awards erned by the addons I purchased ex. AT-RT

As I understand it "One per account" rewards (AT-RT, House storage increcse etc) are available to any character on any server until you claim it but they are a once only thing.
So if you have claimed your AT-RT on another character you can not claim it again on another server.
Short answer is NO! So remember to take that into account before you delete a character and/or change servers.
