Hope everyone had fun.

I ended my weekend last night in Mirobel. Im just starting on quests there with my Minstrel. She's 52 now, has a legendary sword, but doesn't quite know what to do with it at this point.

Friday night I hooked up with Zak for a bit. We conquered one of those little caves that the dwarfs were working near the entrance to Moria - was fun:)

During last week I got the Minstrel through book 15, up to 15.12. Attempted 15.12 with two different groups this weekend - five attempts over-all. FAIL!! Anyone beat that yet?

My Warden is at 16, almost 17. Got her through the level 16 class quest (third time was a charm). The reward was a pretty sweet shield for a level 16. My gambit slot is up to 3 skills. Ugh. Now to remember 3-spell combos! Fun class though so far. The ambush skill is pretty cool.

Still not much activity in the Moors, but I managed to find a couple fights with my nerfed, albiet moar skilled spider. Lost a battle with a 55 Mins (I'm gonna get him next time), managed to defeat a 55 LM.

How was your weekend?

After a frustrating couple days after MoM launched(I had to do a complete reinstall), I was finally able to get into the game Friday. As Elinda mentioned, we ran some quests together in the Walls of Moria Friday night. I was able to complete Vol.2 Book 1 this weekend, get the hunter level 51, did quite a few quests in Eregion, stuck my nose into Moria just a bit, leveled my weapons up a bit, got my Warden up to level 12 or so.

Didn't play Sunday, because my wife finally gave in and let me get a hi-def TV. Monday afternoon I think I'll play LOTRO will watching the Two Towers in glorious 1080p:)

This forum is suffering.

This forum has always been "a little on the quiet side". I can remember it being this way as far back as launch.

I think we tend to be like hobbits... the hungry ones and not the nosey ones... in that we poke around in here but only post when we have something to say...

Haven't you noticed a general lack of post padding on these boards?

Managed to log in for the better parts of the weekend. Spent all of my in-game time on my main. High points included;
1) completed many quests in most parts of Eregion.
2) completed first part of book 2 and obtained my first 2 legendary weapons (bow & axe)
3) entered Moria and spent endless hours exploring for major fun!
completed many quests within Moria ending up at the 21st Hall.
4) leveled main to 53.
5) ended the weekend back in Mirobel farming long pig for LIs. It is the best place in the outdoor zone for this that I have found so far.

All in all, it was a splendid time!

My MoM upgrade key finally decided to work, so I logged in on Friday and started doing quests in Eregion. I believe I almost completed them, but during one of the last instances I was doing the game was lagging so much it was near unplayable.

Other than that, I did one quest within the walls of Moria (before I did any in Eregion, then I ran back). I've yet to get a Legendary weapon that I want, but I've gotten six or seven random other ones. I've heard there's a dwarf that will give you one of the base weapons if your luck is as amazing as mine, but I only heard that when running by someone talking in say.

I debated on trying one of the new classes, but I'm not sure if I want to. I haven't looked at either of them, but I would rather get some of my other characters to 60 before starting a new one. I should probably make my Hunter not suck, too, because doing these new quests with people my level has made me realize how terrible it is (I solo'd most of the way to 50 then stopped playing).
