necklace of subtlety, missing piece?Follow

but this is a 2 set, with a cloak and necklace.

has anyone found the necklace of subtlety to complete the ( 2 ) set :)?

the cloak quest was in lothlorien area first dwarf camp, but ive done all the q's there now and theres no quest ive found that you receive the necklace as a reward.
