Armour sets question

I'm new to the forums so dont know if this is the right place or not.

I'm working on getting one of the early leather armour sets and was wondering if the bonuses to stats was cumulative or if the bonus for having 3 pieces replaces the bonus for having 2 pieces etc.

This is the multi-game forum. It is for posts about games not specifically covered by other areas of the site. If you are playing an MMO such as WoW, FFXI, Lotro, EQ, WAr or any of the others listed here then I would suggest you post your question on the general board for that game. If not then you are going to need to specify which game it is that your questions pertains to so people may better assist you.
