old player needs advice/friendsFollow

Hello all.

I was once a semi-regular poster here and player of SWG for over 2 years. To place myself in the spectrum of the game's progression (just FYI) I started playing 2 weeks before the NGE hit. I guess that makes me one of the newer generation players, however I was unique in that I had in at least some small way an idea of what changed/was lost.

I quit as a began Med school, and as I near the end of my second year (and the end of classes, hello actual learning!) I find myself inexplicably and inexorably drawn back to SWG. I renewed my account for 1 month yesterday and "poked my head in" for a little while. Wanderhome was starkly empty of anyone I ever knew, as it was pretty much when I left.

My plea is this: I think I am going to do the character transfer service when it opens, and don't know where to go. I have heard Bria, bloodfin, but am unsure. In this I would like all of your insight. I would LOVE to start over and make some new friends, even join a new guild (as mine has now been dead and gone for some odd millenia....). Who, if any of you, still play and can welcome me in? I have a Jedi and commando on wanderhome I will be transferring, both lvl 90. I am not averse to roleplaying, although that has not historically been my bag. The catch is this: my playing time is small/non-existent as I am super busy with medical school. I make a point of this only because it was somewhat of an issue with my last guild (they weren't interested in someone who only gave very limited contribution due to small time input).

Please feel free to leave server ideas, or if you are kind enough perhaps even a name, guild, ect. you would be willing to give me a shot at. Again, I have limited time to play, but am a mature player and will definitely NOT annoy the hell out of you by asking you if I can buy your LS from you (haha). Have you considered some of Wanderhomes guilds, I know many of them are looking for members and even if they do shift servers at least you will have people to move with.
