Look up Shin Megami Tensei imagine. It is one of the most immersive and fun free MMORPG's out there I've played to date. And it is not another WoW clone, surprisingly.

Check this out

Also, RO free servers after the beta were not the legal servers, they started charging after the beta. They have legal free servers now?

Yeah, I didn't even find out until they sent me an e-mail during x-mas that they started their newest F2P server, Valkyrie.

What is the point of the P2P servers then, I mean, I'd play RO if it had free legit servers (when I'm bored) You're telling me that's the case now? Anything you loose for playing on those?

Probably restrictions on classes, skills, level, etc.

Like most games with F2P and P2P, the F2P version is a "Lite" version.

Ragnarok Online Wiki Page wrote:
There are official "Free To Play" servers where players can play Ragnarok Online free of charge, with a few differences in game play. Major differences are the limited use of the Kafra Teleport service, upgrading weapons and armor never have a "safe zone" in which you cannot break the Weapon/Armor, items have had their costs changed or been removed entirely from the game, the Acolyte skill Teleport has been modified, and prices on certain NPC items received a moderate increase. Changes vary from server to server.

The use of free servers has resulted in a higher reliance on the Kafra Shop item mall for revenue stream. Many localized versions of Ragnarok Online have implemented free servers during 2007-2008.
