I think my entire long running love affair with The Sims/2 is that it's all about the fun, and not about the winning.
There are one of these guys in almost every wiki community that touches on games. They don't understand what playing to win is, but they do understand that someone who mentioned the term seemed to continuously beat them again and again, and therefore they must be jerks. "Anyone better, more successful, or smarter than me must be an @#%^."
