My Reply:
Thank you for contacting me regarding my account suspension, the seven day ban as a result of my sense of humor and others lack thereof. I know that you will not reverse this ban as it is only temporary, so I will not try to convince you that your actions are not in line with your stated policy.
I will however point out the flaw in your Code of Conduct:
3. You may not use or distribute sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language (including, by way of example, but not limited to, ethnic slurs and religious epithets), content, character names, titles, descriptions, or in-game labels (including, by way of example, but not limited to, offensive or inappropriate guild names, pet names and inscriptions).
• Was my joke sexual? No, my joke was not sexual in any way.
• Was my joke harmful to anyone? No, my joke did not cause any physical nor mental nor emotional harm to anyone
• Did my joke threaten anyone? No, I did not threaten to harm anyone by my joke.
• Was it abusive of anyone? No, I did not abuse any players in game, or their family, friends, relatives, or sports heros.
• Defamatory? No, it was not defamatory. Now you might argue otherwise, so let me direct you to the definition of defame from the websters online dictionary:

• So, in other words, did my joke harm the reputation of blacks or jews? No it did not.
• Obscene? We go back to the dictionary:

• No, nothing in the joke incited to lust, depravity, used language that was crass or taboo, nor was the joke disregarding moral or ethical principles , neither in the language used nor the way it was stated.
• Hateful? No, in no way did the joke inspire hatred for blacks or for jews.
• Did my joke contain racially or ethnically offensive language, by way of ethnic slurs or religious epithets? Again, no it did not use words that started with the letter "n" or the letter "k."
• Were any of my characters names, titles, descriptions or item in game labels or guild names pet names or inscriptions involved in the joke? Not at all.
So from what I've done, it was not covered by your Code of Conduct. Yet you chose to ban me without any warning, reprimand, or other proof of wrong doing on my part.
Can you explain this?
I will check back on your Code of Conduct page periodically from time to time, to see if you have updated it to include language that specifically relates to the principles behind my violation.
In the meantime, I will enjoy playing Eve-Online, and I will be reconsidering my account status in this game.
Have a nice day.

End of letter.
Now, for your entertainment, or groans, I present, The Joke:
Q: Why would it be incredibly depressing to be a black jew?
A: Because you would have to sit in the back of the oven!
