I'm trying to log in after patching and when it gets to examine game data I get "unspecified patch error". I'm running Vista Home Premium 32 bit and I tried the suggestions on the main forums about uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft .NET framework v1.1 and patch, and I tried running as administrator. All didn't work. You guys think a clean uninstall might work? Any help on this would be much appreciated!

Another issue I've been having is that I couldn't log in with my username and password, so I do the forgot password thing, it sends and e-mail with the link instantly, I click the link to reset pass and it doesn't send me an e-mail even though it says it did. Anybody else ever have this issue?

I know this has been asked a lot of times but I can't find a solution after browsing the technical forums. I'm running Windows Vista and all. I've tried running as administrator and most of all the solutions provided but I still can an error saying :

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0xe1c (3612), Thread id=0x85c (2140)

The process id thing changes every time I try to start the game. I'm extremely frustrated at the moment. Can anyone please help he settle this ?
