New Computer and cant find a downloadFollow

Hi

Bought a new computer and seems for awhile site has been down or is Vista messing with me,, I play Eq as well and took a 6 day figure out how get EQ to play on Vistas.

Now seems site is up as can get to Trial to start download BUT,, wont accept my information says I allready exist,so where do I down load the game again, I have found a few sites such as File planet but they want more cash to download and I allready have paid for my game, why pay again.

So sorry if this is dumb question but WTH is a free download ,that doesnt require me to repay and remake new information,, just a download for folks that allready play the game ..
