It's cute and I like the internet capability. It's not spectacular. I wouldn't replace my computer or an iphone with it, but it's fun and that's enough.

If nintendo would release more then mini games, childrens games, or SNES I have all ready played I might actually buy one. I sold my regular DS off awhile back. Nothing but GBA quality games with 2 screens.

Are there any games out for it yet? Ones that won't play on the DS lite?

I haven't really been keeping an eye on the DSi because a few months ago I upgraded to the DS lite, so I'm not terribly interested in another upgrade.

I'm really looking forward to the new PSP though. My PSP is one from release day, and it's on it's last legs, I'm really hoping that Sony lives up to their own boast of getting the new PSP hardware out by Christmas.

Only the DSWare games, downloaded from the Nintendo Store. You can only play those on a DSi.

None of the cartridge games are going to be DSi-only. They did how ever say there would be some games with features only available in the DSi, mostly revolving around the Cameras on the DSi.

I just hope they don't make it impossible to hack. I think the PSP 3000s are still unhackable. I'd hate to have to buy another PSP if mine ever broke and not be able to install CFW on it :(

I've been thinking about getting another DS so I can play pokemon platinum. It's been this horrible, incredibly compelling urge welling up inside me. Should I do it? Is it worth it to go for a DSi? Or should I just go for the cheapo?

Get Dragon Quest IV. It's none of those.

It is, in fact, an NES game, as I recall.

I want them to release Patapon for the ******* DS. Come on, it's a drum based game on a system with a touch screen; it's the perfect match!

I recently bought a Black DSi. Most of it is a general improvement of the old ones. I'm liking the sound improvement. The one thing I really dont like about it is the texture. It feels really odd and uncomfortable compared to the older smooth ones.

Whats the Dpad like on the dsi?

I would like to get one for the bigger screen, since I know someone who could use my DSlite.

Oh, and Henry Hatsworth is a pretty good newer game out for the DS, for anyone who hans't tried it.

After buying the gold zelda sdlite, and the ffxii revenant wings dslite, AND a nice matte grey dslite for my mother, there is no way in hell I'm going to get a dsi, not for a very long time.

Besides, most of the dsi's features can be homebrewed onto a lite

If you like music games, I enjoyed playing Elite Beat Agents. Not exactly much of a story etc, but the gaming was good.

EBA is @#%^ing amazing. You can also import the oendan off of which it was based.

Have ever tried castlevania anna? There are three suburbof them on the ds.

Absolute twaddle. You have apparently an extremely selective way of judging quality, or you just don't have familiarity with the library.

Oh maybe you were talking about the graphics instead. if that was the case, then I hate to tell you this, but you're a *****.

Either way, you're simply incorrect.

Huh, you're the same schmuck that was in that thread against whom I was arguing. I knew I thought you sounded was familiar.

Either way, point's proven; there is a ******** of stuff of the ds, for almost every genre possible.

I played all three of them. I really like the Castlevania games. EBA is also quite fun. I bought Rhythm Heaven this weekend. It's quite clever.

Also Ninja Gaiden DS >>> God of War on psp

The controls are just simply amazing once you get used to the touch. If, of course, you cannot get used to the touch and book holding method, then return game.
