sold my shoes of fem early before I realized the complete set was useful. Is there anyway to get them back?

I think somewhere in Aughaire there is a vendor that sells quest items. You may purchase them only if you have completed the quest. Not sure if the fem armor set is available but I know some of the jewelry stuff is.
