Having some problems installing eveFollow

Hello all (again). I already had eve installed ect but had to do a system restore but anyway I downloaded steam again and under my games tab its not listed there. I downloaded the 21 day trial but then entended it. So do I just download the 21 day trial again and log in with my user name and password and it will go back to my account? Sounds like a stupid question but I tried to start eve.exe and it wont load.
