I've had about a six month break from LOTRO, but I just reread the trilogy and it got me into it again. I was basically just wondering what's been happening the last six months. Any patches, or anything like that I should know about?\

We now have access to The Mines of Moria. And we are now able to visit Galadriel in Lothlorien.
You'll need the first expansion pack to visit but it's well worth the cost.
Besides the new zones, the level cap has been extended to 60 and there is a new system in place allowing you to acquire and "grow" legendary weapons. These weapons gain levels, stats and experience much the way your characters do and offer an interesting option for customizing your equipment. They can even be named!
