I went forester, but I need to wax my rowan wood, and I've searched several hobbit vendors in the Shire that are listed here as having wax, but none of them seemed to sell it.
Im afraid to go looking for the non shire NPCs listed as I don't want to waste the time and money if they really don't have it.

I thought that too, but none of them seemd to including the ones listed as having it here , just managed to find a Dwarf supplier in Needlehole that has some though, thanks for the reply.

In the Bree crafting area, look for the woman NPC roaming around inside.
In The Shire, in the crafting area in Michel Delving, there is a female hobbit supplier about halfway between the oven and the workbench.

Thats good to know thanks, the shire can be pretty confusing when your just used to the standard town setups.

it was so easy to find it in the vendor...it was the last item, all u have to do was scroll down. But now, it is the middle....humpf...

As a quick aside... not so relevant to Woodworkers, as you do not spend that much coin at vendors for crafting but you get a discount from the vendors in your neighborhood (if you own a house) and/or your kinship's 'hood.
Comes in handy for Cooks and Scholars, especially, but if you find yourself in one of your neighborhoods and you own a house there or your kin owns a house there, be sure to stock up on things such as wax for your Woodworker and Travel Rations.
You get repair discounts there too. IIRC, it's 20% in a personal neighborhood and 15% in a kin neighborhood.
The Suppliers can be found with the Vault-Keeper and Housing Decoration vendors, usually around the center of the 'hoods.

Also, instead of "Wax," it is now listed as "Lump of Wax" in the Supplier or Grocer listings.
