Need info on expansions

The lotro official site has a page with this offer;

is this all the expansions?

If so I'm thinking I may as well buy it and upgrade my trail account. On the other hand if I buy it and then find I'm still on a gimped account I'll be pissed.

Yep, MoM is the first expansion to be released so far. Shadows is the base game.
