training "learning" skills increases the time to learn new skills, why?

I'm training "Logic" and "Presence" but at each level I learn it, it says that learning other skills would take longer instead of shorter. why so?

for example: learning Drones level5 would take 2 days. Now it says it will take 5 days. What am i doing wrong?

Drone Attributes are:
Primary: Memory
Secondary: Perception

so if your memory is low this could account for the longer training period. Additionally you might of capped out your 1.6 million bonus sp so you have lost that 100% training bonus.

This is what is happening. Once you hit 1.6 million SP you go to the regular attribute based learning speeds.
