I see "Horses for Hire". Is that the name?

I would highly appreciate any and all help with this.. grins. I have searched for "horse quests", LOTR horse quests and many other different ways in google and on here but only the above quest shows up.

Guess I am using the wrong search criteria.

well...u get the quest at lvl 35, and its for u get kind of permission to buy a horse...which cost somethin around 3g to 4g...and the quest is for u to deliver a horse to 3 diff location (guess its bree-town, michael delving and another place i dont remamber now)
