I was tempted to get it, but once again, they didn't raise the level cap. I think I might just sell my copy and wait the version in October that has all five DLCs included.

They just raised the level cap with broken steel.
So? It doesn't take much to get to level 30. I'd like to get into the new perks without having to level a whole new character. Honestly, there shouldn't even be a level cap.
