What is the purpose of the Portable Hypersound Speakers?
The effect name is :Engaging Performance
But I've never noticed the difference of using it or not.
When should it be used?

I also came across a powerup that increases musical knowledge - what exactly will this do? or is this some left over from days-gone-by?

This item supposedly "...will increase your Musical and Dance Enhancement for a short period of time.", but Entertainers seem to agree that it has no effect, it just makes for an interesting decoration piece for your house.

Those old music knowledge mods have no effect either.
