Scribblenauts

I can't believe how much stuff they packed into this game.

Basically a puzzle/platformer for the DS. But you can use pretty much anything you can think of to help you. You get to type out any item and it will appear. Bonuses are acquired by being imaginative, using fewer items, completing levels faster, etc.

Even the title screen is fun. You can create anything you want. I created God, and then a Sabertooth tiger, and God defeated the Sabertooth. Then I created a "robber" and the robber killed God... But then I created a Nuclear Bomb and blew up the entire level (and myself, it restarted).

If you are looking for a game that uses the Touch capabilities of the DS, then this is definitely one.

There are limits to what you can create. No vulgar items, no proper names of people or places, no copyrighted materials, no basic shapes, no alcohol. It's all laid out in the tutorial when you start.

Here is some title screen ******** around:

You guess what happens next. (God does run away and leave the puppy though).

Not sure.

So far he's just attacked "evil" things and ran away from a nuke. I've never actually used him in a Puzzle.

So far I have completed all the first puzzle level and got went back and did them for the mastered (complete three times in a row without using the same items). It's an easy game to pickup and play for a little bit of time.

You can create the NeoGAF icon, and it flys.
You can create a ROFLcopter (it looks different than the normal Helicopter).

This game is fun; for Stage 1-9 I first tried to use a T-Rex to knock the bottles over, but it ate the Ref. For the second try I used a Tornado, but it killed me. Third time was the charm, I used an asteroid and aimed it DFA-style. It's weird that you can use a Tornado or a Volcano, but not an Earthquake.

Btw, where is the health meter located, so I can tell how many hits I can take before I die?

I used a bow and arrow to try and finish 1-9, but you continually attack until the item disappears. So the bottle fell, and I kept attacking and hit the Ref.
I ended up using a Catapult, Baseball, and then I used a Flamethrower to burn the tables from out of under the bottles.

I don't think there is a health meter. I've never seen one.

I created a Spartan, but it looks more like Conan then an actual non-Halo Spartan. Also the grappling hook doesn't go that far, and I can't figure out how to use the jetpack.

Nothing.

You can do Tacgnol (get a black longcat with an shiney star eye).

Leeroy Jenkins gives you a knight. (Same as Knight)

Loituma Girl gives you a girl doing the Leekspin.

I woke up, came here saw this thread. . . and went and got this game.

I'm on 2-something. The "boom" puzzles I don't like. On 1-3 (or 1-4, there is a button to open a gate, up a level past a tree..I can't think of anything to hit and hold the button to let me run under the gate -.-).

Teleporter should give you a base, and when you stand on it it takes you to a room with the 5 Cell logo, a computer, some dudes around a race car and a Zombie like chick. I tried to teleport around something and it took me to a new room lol.

Type "Reverse Slide" to make a kid's slide facing the switch on the wall, then create a boulder to roll down the slide and land on the switch.

I used a Board and a Fan. The fan would blow the board against the switch to keep pressure on it

This sounds like an amazing amount of fun. I'll have to look into it as my first non-RPG for the DS.
