I was running around the forums on the offical aion site looking for an update to my tech support question and couldn't find it listed anymore. So as I was scanning down I saw a ton of postings that had been deleted and mine was included (I wrote the time down for the post). My question was fair and honest with no vile language or anything of that nature and it just got deleted. So I started looking around at the various posts in that forum and "Known Issues". After scanning 100 posts with 3 or more replies I found 0, yes 0 responses from any offical NCSoft employee.

This also got me to thinking about in game as well. I have filed 2 petitions and never got a response out of any GM's, and all players are reporting that the /autoreporthunting is not working. It is part of the reason we are running into queues in game, the stores were the other issue. Past day or so Twitter updates from the production team has completely stopped. Last one was letting us know the servers were back up.

My point to this is that I don't think they planned for any launch of this size and now they are in a real pickle amongst the players. RMT's are out of control and it doesn't seem as if any end is in sight. I sent a couple of mentions out to Liv and Xaen and I hope they actually respond to them, but I highly doubt that they will, and a final answer would be nice to why after a successful OB would the final client be reporting as a virus?

Thanks blud now I know why I noticed the lack of support. Hopefully they get that fixed soon enough, odd that they didn't test run that site on a beta domain for the testers to use it, but hey no launch is ever perfect.
