I know that it's not super rare with the GTS coming into being, but I contracted it randomly recently on platinum. I've stored a good 20 or so mons in my PC with the active virus, so I figured I'd offer it to members of alla who wanted it but didn't have it yet.

Pokemon can get a virus that spreads to other pokemon. This virus lasts on pokemon for about 3 days. Pokemon with the virus which are stored in a PC will not lose the virus. Any pokemon with the virus, or after having had the virus, gets double the EVs (experience points for specific stats) from encounters. It makes them grow much more quickly.
You can infect an entire game of pokemon with a single carrier of the virus very easily. The only hard part is catching the virus itself. I caught the virus, and want to share it, because I'm a nice and generous type of dude.

Basically, for anyone with 4th gen pokemon game and no pokerus, I'm offering to double the stats of every pokemon you will raise in the future.
