Seen this on IGN and signed up for it myself and figured I'd pass it along. The website is for the Entertainment Consumers Association. It's a non-profit that supports the gaming industry and part of being a supporter nets certain discounts on gaming goods. One which is a 10% discount once a day one one game purchased from Amazon. The membership usually costs $19.99 for one year, but with the promo code GIMAG, you can sign up for free. All you need is a credit card to do so. With Amazon's already low prices for games, free shipping, no tax in most states, and other bonus deals for pre-ordering, it just adds to an already great deal.

Sounds a bit too much like an advertisement (albeit one with typos).

Sounds like a decent deal that frugal people would want to grasp at.

If it was an advertisement, I wouldn't have given you the promo code to save you the $20 membership fee. Besides, it's not like I only have one to three posts to my username and just signed up yesterday.

I examined the site myself, read some testimony of other gamers that have used it, and based off all of the information, decided to try it myself. As a gamer, I'm looking to get more for my money and I figured other gamers would want a way to save some money on purchases especially one that is cost free.

My original post came off as Amazon biased, but since I've started buying more of my games from the site, I've noticed the huge savings I've realized that I just cannot get from Best Buy or Gamestop.

Fair enough.
