Standard HoloshroudFollow

I have what may be termed a "silly question". But since i didnt figure it out last year, i thought i best write a note. When i purchase the "Standard Holoshroud" from the Halloween event coordinator in Eisley, then i purchase a costume from him and "learn" the costume, how the hell do i wear it? I am a Bounty Hunter, so maybe it doesnt work. I thought maybe it was for Entertainers only, but then was surprised when it let me "learn" the new costume. When i open the radial menu on the Holoshroud i only get the standard "examine, stack, destroy" options. Whether i have it in my inventory or not. Any help is appreciated. Thanks all!!
