To make this more topical:

I hate to bump this thread off of the second page, but I don't want to make a new thread about it.

Tonight two of my friends and I played MW2 in a way that we never have before. We all grabbed riot shields and and start a "SWAT" team. Granted, we lose more than we win, but it's so much fun. Normally, we are all just talking trash about who is on the top, which is never me, but tonight we tried this out and had a blast.

Other people we're playing with are joining in on the fun. Before one of our matches, someone was asking me about my PSN name. He thought that I was trying to call my self Christ. I explained to him that I'm from Waco, Texas, and that my roommate and I have names that signify the Branch Davidian issue that happened outside of Waco back in 1992(I think). He then made a comment about us using the "SWAT" clan tag. I told him that he'd find out why we have that during the match. After our first match against us, he requested as friends and said that he hadn't had that much fun in MW2 in a long time. I thought it was funny that most of his friends were joining in on the riot shield bashing festivities.

I know it's a random story, but if you're getting bored of MW2, try out playing with riot shield. You get a lot of points for random things. And, if you set up a group where a couple of your buddies were using their normal guns, you could probably win a bunch.
