Would someone be so kind as to tell me:
a) Where is the headhunter you have to kill that's south of Qeynos for the quest Businessman Lure gives you in MTG?
b) At what level, or how, do I weaponcraft with Viscous Vampire Blood or Negative Energy Stones? It clearly is not the same way as the others or, if it is, it is just at a much higher level than my guy can craft for.

I think this is what you are looking for.
Praar can be found wandering outside the front entrance of Qeynos Prison in the (C) part of the zone. Praar thinks you have come to kill him, but he mentions sending you to another associate of his for a price (998 tunar).
I dont know about the crafting.

Yeah that worked thanks man.
i don't think you can use those items until you either make lvl 38, or 44 armor. something around there. prolly 44 (or whatever level is closest to 44)
