I guess.

I just picked up a Quantum Torpedo Launcher MK II and Photon Torpedo Launcher MK II. Had a mission where I had to fight off five waves of battleships.

I would really miss my side attacks from my phasers though.

So I head back to Sol System, empty my inventory, set some new skills, and equip my two torpedo weapons. Head back to Sirius Sector just to do some Klingon killing and take a two minute **** break. I get kicked off the game and now can't get back on Smiley: madSmiley: motz

Now I can't test out my dual torpedo setup.

That is the price you pay for getting a Quantum Launcher before me.

I had a blast this weekend.

I hit 11 and picked up my new ship. I went with a Cruiser. I stripped the Noobie ship of a few things ( Quantum torpedo launcher and such ) and loaded them on the USS Pittsburgh.

Its a new game now. Lots more survivability but it maneuvers like a barge.

I'm think I will have to go lifetime on this one.

I almost forgot to mention.....picked up a tribble over the weekend.....Logged out Sat with one and a bunch of food in my inventory...logged in Sun and no foor and a inventory full of tribbles....

Well, what did you expect from a tribble? All they do is eat and make more tribbles.

Where did you get the tribble? Was it from a quest or was it your pre-order item?

It was a random ground drop on a away mission. From what I can find they are a little rare so far and randomly drop on away missions.

See if you can sell the extra tribbles on the Exchange, you could probably make a bunch of credits that way.

Besides all Beta toon get wiped before release so no real profit.

Well, I disconnected while changing zones, and when I died it spawned me in a completely different zone than the fighting, so it's about worthless...

For being less than a month from going live, their team instance system is completely bugged out.

I'm done for the night, time to play some Sands of Destruction.

how is the Sands of Destruction game? I tried to find some info on it, but it didn't sound very fun from what I read >.>

On topic, it let me on ... it ported me to the other ship (where I had to scan some wounded people)..and game freeze >< again.
I'd be fine with the freezes and crashes, but it locks my entire comp down and I have to manually restart..then scan the 95k+ files...grr.

You can equip tribbles too. They make funny noises and grow. After a certain point, I unequipped them from my team as it was getting hard to actually see my team members.

Got my Escort, a little pissed I don't get to name this ship too.

But it's got three guns in the front, one of which shall soon be an Uncommon Quantum Torpedo Launcher MK III.

Thatnks, but it's grayed out on my menu.

Big graphics interface upgrade, makes the game look more polished.

I logged in yesterday and had about 250MB worth of patch to download. The game does look a ton better with the graphics update.

I also thought they modified the shield regeneration rate... but after a while of fighting I noticed I had all my power put into speed rather than shields like I usually do.

I wonder if the update was only graphics, or if they fixed a lot of the buggy team instances. I haven't tried yet.
