is there a web site that allows you to equip armor on a char, to see what stats you will recieve? =D

I'm not sure I understand your question. It shows you what the stats are when you click over the peice. It also shows the improvements or lack there of over what you currently have.

I believe what you are asking for is an Equipment Calculator, and I have not, yet, seen one. Be sure that if we do find a site that has one we will link to it from the main Item and Armor category pages.

There are 3D viewers available on some of the database sites, such as Aion Armory, but that is not the same thing.
