Firebirds stage from their homebase codenamed Charming ( Class V Wormhole )





Proposition

Charming has a static C3 connection ( every 16 hours )
This allows small squadrons to clear sites in those adjoining wormholes without much pre-planning and organization.
Generally we run 1 - 3 Class III Ops each day
Peak times, we will clear out the C3's with larger groups and start controlled collapsing wormholes until we generate a succulent C3 to harvest
Class V are done once or twice a week. Capital escalations are part of the picture.
PVP is a fact of life in Wormholes so there is ample opportunities for pew.



Atmosphere
The corp atmosphere here is pretty laid back. As long as pilots display competency and get the job done we don't add unnecessary organizational bureaucracy.

TeamSpeak is compulsory and we look for members that will be active on comms and read the forums.

We have presence across all timezones but a rough indicator for Sleeper Ops timing would be 14:00 | 07:00 | 22:00 Evetime
Sleeper Ops are not compulsory but we have very high activity levels in the corp, so we look at ways to prevent 'burn out'
Thus pilots are free to mix things up via :
a.) PVP
b.) Ratting in 0.0
c.) Mine A,B,C ore in our C5 ( Orca , Leadership, Refinery @ POS )
d.) Harvest gas @ C5 Ladars for our T3 production




Our crew are friendly and share knowledge even if they're experienced.
Fun and group participation are the corporations main drivers.
Once pilots are acclimatized, they earn based on their activity level.
Hence if your active its extremely lucrative whilst enjoying the great team atmosphere.
All of us defend our home @ Charming if the need arises.
Participation in PVP roams is encouraged as well.




Support
We offer ship reimbursement program for BC / BS / Logistics
Scanning is usually done ad-hoc by most of the pilots but guidance is given when required.
The workload is spread and everyone is expected to contribute.
Logistical support and scouting is provided whenever requested.

Firebird Squadron utilize in-house developed tools for Sig scans, Loot Tracking and Payout Distribution
Corp also stock modules, ammo, exotic dancers & drones as backup in the Wormhole.





We are looking for:
- Pilots that seek camaraderie and a long term home
Applicants need to be active players with 5 mil SP & able to fit in well with our social environment.

- You must have a good personality and not be afflicted by any social malady attributed to MMOG's or the need to overcompensate ( ie Not a tard)

- Ideally either Command ships / Logistics / T3 pilots

- PVP pilots with niche skills in Interdiction / Heavy Interdiction ( HIC ) with an interest in wormhole exploration also welcome

- Capital ship pilots

I've never even had the opportunity to go anywhere near wormholes. I've spent 99% of my time in-game hunting rats or running missions. I haven't played in months actually...not since some **** blew up my Dominix in 0.5 sec. Followed closely by the loss of my Myrmidon while stupidly taking a shortcut. I just couldn't get back into it flying an Omen...

I may come back and work towards getting a new BC though, tell me about these wormholes.
