Ingame item delivery?Follow

I'm looking to delete one of my characters. Before I delete the character, I want to send some of his items (mainly a Shock Trooper Armor full set) to another of my characters. Is there a mail courier anywhere ingame that will allow me to send these items to myself? Thank you in advance.
